Justin Thomas

Justin is a Group Director and Managing Director of our Head Office in Jersey. He leads the trust client-facing team, playing a key role in strengthening relationships with clients and intermediaries across multiple jurisdictions. As a founding member of Affinity, Justin has played a vital role in shaping the firm’s global growth strategy and building its reputation for excellence in client service.

With over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Justin brings deep technical knowledge, strategic vision, and a strong track record of leadership. Prior to Affinity, he spent 11 years as Managing Director of a bank-owned trust company having previously held roles within a private bank and trust team . He holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

Outside of work, he’s a passionate (yet often disappointed!) Welsh rugby supporter, a gym regular and a keen runner. A family man at heart, he also enjoys a good home bbq whilst watching the sunset over St Ouen’s Bay, glass of red wine in hand.
