Job summary
Joining a successful and expanding wealth management business, in a key role providing administrative support whilst embarking on a Trust and Company Administrator Training program. Full training and guidance will be provided.
The individual will work closely with all members of the trust team, including: client administration, operations, investment support and accounts, liaising with both clients and intermediaries. You will bring a hardworking and collaborative attitude, engage positively with colleagues, manage pressure effectively and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. An aptitude for managing changing priorities, an enquiring mind and a sense of humour are important to this role.

Duties and responsibilities will include;
- Delivering excellent client service by being organised, methodical, efficient and diligent
- Providing clerical support, payment processing, mail handling, statutory reporting, project management and daily operational tasks.
- Assisting with client onboarding, opening bank and investment accounts, and maintaining accurate client records
- Acting as a proactive team player with the confidence to work well with all levels of people
- Communicating effectively with clients and intermediaries
- Inputting and maintaining information on client data systems
- Undertaking general administration of clients’ affairs
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- Must have “Entitled for Work” status i.e. minimum of 5 years residency in Jersey
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, attention-to-detail and the ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Initiative,enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects
Desirable
- Good at building and maintaining relationships, with first-rate interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly and encouraging professional demeanour
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an aptitude to learn new software systems
